I am a Mom, Model and Life Coach, born and schooled in NYC. I've been a part of the fashion business for over 15 years, which allows me the pleasure of meeting, traveling and working with amazing, talented people. I started life coaching 4 years ago and currently work with women and host workshops for young ladies to be empowered, encouraged and supported to live out their dreams.
I always knew there was more to life and because I explored that feeling and followed my heart, it led me to extend that same opportunity to people that had challenges or difficulties in exploring theirs. I've always been a cheerleader for people's passions and dreams, so it was only natural for me to grow in this space. I created a title for myself, "The Dream Pusher", and soon after it became clear that this was more than a dream--it was also my purpose.
Alongside being a mom to my 20-month-old, which I undoubtedly LOVE, being able to encourage women and young ladies to live out their dreams is the one other thing that brings purpose, joy and sense into my life. I believe as we live out our dreams, we create opportunities for other women to do the same for themselves.
What inspired you to start your website, She Dreams of Love?
Originally, I had a site called Pushy Dreamers that I used as a platform to explore the many possibilities in how I could work with people to push them forward to follow their dreams (through blogging, workshops, quotes, interviews and things I learned along the way). After becoming certified as a life coach, I saw where my voice, focus and capabilities were, where I was most passionate, and how I was able to relate more to women who were seeking confidence, certainty, reassurance and support in moving to the beat of their own heart. So I started She Dreams Of Love, a place where women could come to be inspired, create clarity and make choices that reflected their dreams and not their fears.
I use it to blog, but you can also learn more about coaching and contact me to book a session. She Dreams of Love is an outlet where you will always find support, love and encouragement to pursue your dreams.
How can working with a personal life coach help women to make better choices and find happiness?
When you book a session, you are devoting time completely to your well-being, which is something a lot of women put off. This becomes a great opportunity to focus on your needs, your goals and your future. In our guided conversation, I help you get clear and get out as much information that will help you make the choices that are best for you. It's not heavy stuff, it's not emotional; the experience is quite freeing and puts you in a space where you are making clear, powerful and uninterrupted choices from your heart.
What types of coaching services do you offer?
I offer one-on-one coaching via phone for women. Each call is a guided conversation set with intentions to move you into action and out of guilt, frustration and/or stagnation. We each have the capability to live out our dreams; for some it takes more work, different steps and awareness. I help women gain those new insights that inspire them to take different action.
How can someone get in touch with you to schedule a session?
Visit www.SheDreamsOfLove.com where I share more about my sessions and what I offer.
Now let's talk about what's in your Ultimate Beauty Arsenal! What are some of your favorite items or must-haves in each category below?
Hair:
All things Carols Daughter! I love the moisture, shine and strength that keep my hair feeling and smelling wonderful. I'm currently using their Black Vanilla sulfate-free shampoo and hydrating conditioner.
Makeup:
I like to explore different brands--I'm not too picky. But at the moment my Nars gloss in nude is in my makeup bag.
Skin care:
Not a day goes by without my Creamy Avocado Eye Cream by Kiehl’s. It's the creamiest and goes great under makeup or on a clean fresh face.
Nails:
Essie has been most consistent and reliable. Normally it's nude for work. I'm currently loving 'Perennial Chic' and ‘All Eyes On Nudes, cashmere matte’--it goes great with my skin tone.
Fragrance:
Le Labo, Fleur D'Orange
Beauty Indulgence:
Pedicures are a must for me with as much time as I spend on my feet between being a model and mom.
