All subscription and limited edition boxes are final sale and non-refundable. COCOTIQUE is a discovery platform, so each box includes a variety of products to try — and some may not be for you. Many subscribers love sharing those with friends and family!

Shipping

Subscription boxes ship the second week of each month (order by the 23rd to be included in next month's shipment — orders after the 23rd ship the following month). Shipping is FREE on all subscription boxes.

Previous boxes from the COCOTIQUE Store ship within 24–48 hours (M–F) with a $7.50 flat rate fee per box.

You'll receive a USPS tracking email once your box ships — delivery takes 3–5 days. We currently ship to the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO addresses.

I received some great boxes. Quality products. It was just too many hair care products for me and most were for curly natural oil. I would like to have seen more makeup and skin care. I will probably resubscribe after I use up some of the current products

I have loved the items in my Cocotique boxes each month! It has been great to get so many different items and be able to figure out what works for me and what doesn't. The price and value is exceptional! And I love that every box contains items made for women of color! It's also great that you receive items that are mostly full-sized. So I don't get to try an item one time before I decide if it's worth purchasing in the future. I get to try it multiple times-enough to make a real assessment about its place in my life. Overall the subscription was worth the money because the products were really nice. I, personally could not use 90% of the products BUT I used them for fabulous gifts! I would definitely recommend this box to friends of mine that would appreciate and benefit from it.

Unique Products

The beauty box was a unique combination of products. The body scrub has been my favorite and the hair dye has yet to be tested, but I have hopes my husband will like it. The fragrances were very different, appreciate the eco-friendly option but the scents were not as appealing. I look forward to getting the box each month and the bases are great.
