Our Brilliant Effects™ Eye Shadow Palette in STARSTRUCK is a gorgeous array of talc-free tones that blend beautifully with any skin tone to give eyes that added glow without over doing it. A must have, is our Precision Brow Sculptor in Blackish Brown, because we all want to define our brows even after they have been professionally cleaned up!
